Richards Bay Community Hub helps people discover local businesses, services, jobs, property, community information and other useful local resources. By using the Hub, you agree to these Terms.
RB Hub is an information, discovery and advertising platform.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, RB Hub does not provide the services advertised by independent businesses and does not become part of the agreement between a customer and a provider.
Businesses listed on the Hub control their own prices, quotations, deposits, payments, service delivery, workmanship, warranties, refunds and customer support.
Customers should satisfy themselves that a provider is suitable before paying money or authorising work.
Payments for third-party services should normally be made directly to the business providing the service.
RB Hub does not normally collect customer payments on behalf of listed businesses.
Compare Quotes is a lead-routing service. A request may be sent to up to 3 participating local providers.
RB Hub does not guarantee that any provider will respond, does not set provider prices and does not choose which provider a customer must use.
The provider remains responsible for the quotation, payment, service delivery and any later complaint or dispute.
Claimed means a business has confirmed or taken control of its listing.
Verified only means that the checks specifically stated by RB Hub have been completed. It is not a guarantee of workmanship or service quality.
Featured means promotional or paid placement. It does not mean RB Hub guarantees or endorses the business.
We try to keep information useful and current, but business details, hours, prices, jobs, properties, emergency information and other third-party information can change.
Users should confirm important information directly with the relevant business, owner, employer, agent or official source.
RB Hub is not an emergency dispatch service.
For urgent situations, contact the appropriate official emergency service directly.
Pet reports are community submissions. People submitting reports must have permission to publish the information and images they provide and should not publish private residential addresses.
RB Hub does not take custody of animals or guarantee the identity of someone claiming an animal.
Anyone submitting information to RB Hub confirms that, to the best of their knowledge, the information is accurate and that they have the right or permission to submit and publish it.
Do not submit scams, misleading information, impersonations, unlawful content or private information belonging to another person without permission.
RB Hub may correct, refuse, suspend, archive or remove information that appears inaccurate, misleading, unsafe, unlawful, outdated or inconsistent with these Terms.
Any dispute about a provider's quotation, payment, workmanship, warranty, refund or service should be dealt with between the customer and that provider.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RB Hub is not responsible for losses caused by the acts, omissions or services of independent providers or other third parties.
Nothing in these Terms removes legal rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We aim to keep the Hub available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability of any listing or that every piece of third-party information will always be current.

These Terms may be updated as RB Hub changes. The latest version published on the Hub applies from its stated update date.
